Over the next two weeks, your calorie intake reaches 1500. At this stage, three complete meals are already allowed – mostly meat with vegetables. You must consume juice rich in sirtuins (sirtuin-activating nutrients) only once a day.
Sirtfood Diet Food List (Week 1)
In order to get sirtuins, your menu should be dominated by:

- citrus fruits
- olive oil
- red onions
The chocolate consumed must be at least 85% cocoa. You should drink no more than one glass of wine (for best results). Although you can eat chocolate and drink wine, you should estimate their amount according to calories.

Low-fat animal products are good, such as dairy and seafood, as well as cereals – mostly buckwheat.
